If possible I would give no stars. Worst company ever! I terminated my contract early as I could not cope with their awful service any longer. My initial 1 year term ends on 30/06/26. I informed them of my wish to terminate on 18/05. They said it was too early and I had to write to them again end of May or 1st June. On 30/05 I wrote again to them and returned their equipment via RM tracked mail. They acknowledged my request on 2nd June confirming that the contract would be terminated on 30 June and no further action was required.
They have now billed me for July because the termination was activated on 2 June, I.e. less than.30 days before 30 June.
I just cannot believe that they could be any worse than they proved to be over a year of appalling service.
Needless to say I am not paying what I don't owe, which they cannot even see is the consequence of their well documented inefficiency and incompetence.
Stay away from this company at all costs!

After leaving the contract successfully, months later they tried to charge me for line rental? Oh they cancel it as if they're doing me a favour? No, it was never a valid cause for invoice in the first place - we are done - business is over.
What is this - mafia intimidation (assurances? What?) and chancing speculative invoices on the off chance I'm vulnerable or something and will pay?

Service is always falling in and out, I see no point of signing a contract for 24 months at an agreed price if the cpi? Changes the price when it suits them anyway. I’m done with poptelecom after this contract. In September I could have moved to another provider with better service for the same money I’m now paying. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
